The US Justice system and the US Constitution were buried today in unmarked graves.
If there ever were a reason for demanding term limits on judges and/or that judges be elected by the people, it is this example of a judge who appears to be little more than a political party hack wearing a black robe.
Moreover, IMHO, the reason why our UNELECTED judges are not being challenged and/or impeached for legislating from the bench by those ELECTED officials - mainly Democrats - who appoint them, is because when unpopular issues arise such as abortion, the issue of gay marriage, etc., these same ELECTED officials are only too happy to abdicate the authority delegated to them by the people, pass the political buck, and “passively” allow these evils to be imposed on us by way of a judicial fiat instead of allowing a referendum where these issues would likely be defeated by the voting public.
Of course, the imposed evils - a.k.a. new “rights” - are referred to as “findings” by the hypocritical, black-robed party hacks who seem to be conveniently adept at “finding” whatever “rights” they choose to “find” in our Constitution at any given time.
NATIONAL TREASURE has nothing on them!

Spot on! These are the kinds of judges that allow felons to walk even after they are found guilty - after cops put their lives on the line making the arrests.
I certainly wouldn’t want that twit to be busted back to public prosecutor!
