Cops get fired for using the system to check on people they aren’t investigating. I wouldn’t be surprised if the clerk isn’t fired also.

We never hear of any RICO charges because the prosecutors refuse to investigate beyond the low level worker. The ACORN organization must have a policy to consider the low level workers as expendable. They then claim that no conspiracy can be proved, so no RICO, no voter fraud.

That’s what happened in WA state when ACORN stole the governor’s race in 2004. Then when the Bush administration fired the federal prosecutor for not performing his duty, the Democrats screamed political firing.
