I think they can convict them now. It's hard to find a prison that won't barf 'em back out, though.
I believe she’s “melanin enhanced” as well, which makes her doubly safe.
Any accusation or criticism about this can be called “racist” and, according to the rules, the accusers must drop it at that point.
