Good article. In my lifetime, the MSM has never been more blatantly obvious, and in the tank for a politician. And what is with these newspapers (Anchorage Daily News...AK newspaper..for example) coming out and saying that they, the Anchorage Daily News is supporting Obama? They did that just a couple of days ago. As if all of us Alaskans didn’t already know that ADN and the AK t.v. news outlets were shoving him down our throats.

Since when did a “newspaper” walk into a voting booth and vote? Workers at these newspapers, media, etc., are made up of Americans...and not all of them agree with the bias of their news organizations.

I would encourage everyone to stop giving these MSM papers and media outlets their time and money!! Hit ‘em where it hurts....their $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Pew also found that, “Five times more national journalists identify themselves as liberal than conservative.”

And 25 times more actually are liberal as opposed to conservative.

My dream is that someday the idea of "the press" will be part of the ash heap of history and that every citizen will be "the press." The Internet is making it happen, but if Obama gets his fascist talons into the net, that'll be it for our last chances of freedom.

As was suggested by others, bias is no longer an accurate term for the abandonment of ethics and anything even approximating journalism by most media sources.

National Socialist ENEMEDIA sums it up quite well.

The only silver lining to a free society falling into a totalitarian one is that those in power know that the media and others who helped put them in power in the first place are also capable of becoming their opposition, so they're generally the first "up against the wall" and liquidated.

Sure, it's cold comfort, but it's nice to know you're not the first to go.

I would like to enter a modest protest, in the manner of William F. Buckley, Jr. -- pleonasm in the title, "The liberal media is biased". "Liberal" + "media" is pleonastic, and "liberal" or "media" + "biased" is likewise pleonastic.

Therefore, the title creates a pleonastic matrix in three terms, yielding -- I hope I did the math right -- a ninefold commission of pleonasm.

Bzzzzzzzzttt!
