TEAM Obama veered off message yesterday, kicking off the campaign bus reporters from three newspapers deemed unfriendly to the campaign - The New York Post, The Dallas Morning News and The Washington Times.
This is bipartisanship?
The move is utterly at odds with a central part of Obama's message: the idea that he's a different kind of candidate - one who won't demonize opponents or critics, but will instead work hard to bring people together.
Let's hope this isn't a harbinger of what would happen in an Obama administration.

I I don't know Powers position on it either, but I would suspect it to be lukewarm at best.
It amazes me that the press in general is so hostile to the 2nd Amendment but believes that the 1st Amendment is immune from attack.
BO’s actions in MO, PA, OH, FL and the plane incident should wake up anyone who thinks the 1st Amendment is unassailable.
The press is in trouble and has no idea.
The notion that Obama is some kind of centrist uniter is just one of the many “four fingers or five?” type insults to sanity that has characterized his campaign. The guy votes to the left of Bernie Sanders fer cryin out loud.
Really?? The Dallas Morning News?? Just how liberal do you have to be to ride on Obama’s plane?
Why don’t you read the New York Post? It is a lot more reliable then the New York Slimes
Ayers broke with Students for a Democratic Society and formed the Weather Underground because SDS wasn’t radical enough.
I’d guess the Daily Worker might make the cut.
Don’t tell me you are a one issue voter and that the second Amendment is your only concern about the election?
The 3 Papers in question.. apparently... recently endorse McCain....
to the Author .. that not NIXONIAN, it’s KAFKAesque!
While we're at it, let's hope we all win the lottery. Actually better yet, let's hope God descends from heaven and grants us each a lifetime supply of magic faery dust that grants us whatever we desire. Who are these people?
Nixonesque? More like Stalinesque. The only thing I "hope" about Obama is A) that he isn't elected and B) if he is that we have elections again.
Yes, because the news paper endorsed John McCain. Just imagine President Bush had banned those reporters from his press conferences, or from AF One who constantly bashed and would never report anything good about him?
At some point they’re going to PO just about everyone in the media.
All these morons with stars in their eyes thinking 0bama is another Jesus are going to be sorely disappointed when he turns into just another hack. If he were the new voice they are looking for he would tolerate dissent a little better.
I still like Kirsten Powers a lot more then I do Alan Colmes
So true
“All these morons with stars in their eyes thinking 0bama is another Jesus are going to be sorely disappointed when he turns into just another hack.”
We should be so lucky if that’s all he turns out to be.
How many other freedoms this nation enjoys will be oppressed with Obama’s regime?
This is the most frightening event about to occur that I can bear witness to.
Things to come?
Stalin’s Purges of 1935
In 1936, Stalin began to attack his political opponents in a series of” purges” aimed at destroying the vestiges of political opposition to him. What follows is the official explanation from textbooks published before Stalin’s excesses were repudiated by his successors.
“The achievements of Socialism in our country were a cause of rejoicing not only to the Party, and not only to the workers and collective farmers, but also to our Soviet intelligentsia, and to all honest citizens of the Soviet Union.”

This is a harbinger of what would happen in an Obama administration but Obama will not win.
“More like Stalinesque.”
MCCAIN AND PALIN
NOT
HUSSEIN AND STALIN
