Shouldn’t there be somewhere a copy of his Mother’s Passport to get into Kenya and a Kenyan birth certificate???
The evidence looks convincing, but no court is going to uphold it if there is no comfirmation by official documents. IMHO.
Courts are only one form of vigilance to uphold the Constitution. Voters are another.
