How’s this any different from the Joe the Plumber hatchet jobs?

Off of the top of my head, would the court order be public record?

I would imagine so. If that is the case and if that is how the information was obtained—it is completely different.

WEll, Obama appoached Joe. Joe is a legal resident. Obama initiated a conversation. Joe asked a question. Obama gave a really self-destructive answer. His answer was used by the Republicans. But Joe wasn't asking anybody to trust him. He asked a question.

Obama's aunt is here illegally. Obama calls people who disagree with him selfish. Yet he has near relatives who are poverty stricken. But he wants us to accept him as, among other things, a moral arbiter of how muchh money and freedom we should have.

So while Joe gets excoriated for a bad answer by Obama, Obama should expect, and it's interesting how hard he resists, a careful enquiry into his moral character, if any.

If a government official leaked information about Obama's aunt, that's wrong. But someone who is here illegally, on welfare, and making donations to a political candidate has few rights to privacy that I can determine.
