Depends on who is doing the counting. I think the rats have already played all their cards. I began regularly hitting refresh on the Sec of State web page around 3:00 am. At the time Coleman had almost a 8,000 vote lead. From there on, each change netted Stewart vote gains of 2-1 to 3-1. They just ran out of Duluth and inner Twin City precincts to manipulate. They have already done their best. If sane people are ever again in charge of voting in this country, we need to do something about late reporting rat areas.
