Chambliss will win b/c the blacks will not come out in droves for a special election.
This is almost like the Coverdell/Fowler runoff in 1992. That was the first time I had any “hope” after the Clinton victory.
Don’t assume too much... the Messiah may return to Georgia urging his flock to come out for the special election.
