On election night Freepers from the West coast of Fla. got together to celebrate, but it did not come to pass. But we all had a good time and planned for a better outcome for the next election.

We had a great time with freeper fun and fellowship despite the unhappy turn of events unfolding as we watched the returns come in.

Thanks to RiceBug for taking and posting these pics of the party. We can always count on RiceBug.....especially since I, MinuteGal, don't have the faintest idea how to post a picture.

Man, my little gray cells must still be misfiring after staying up till almost 3 PM on election night watching the tube and fixating on the socialist, commie, marxist, leftist, liberal, moonbat takeoever of our government.

Thanks again, MinuteGal, for a great evening of friendship! We didn't end up celebrating the returns, but I can't think of a better place to have been to regroup and begin looking to the future.

Following the disappointment in the outcome of the election was the realization that we stood with over 56 million other Americans in our vote against Socialism!

We will fight on in our quest to elect leaders at every level who demonstrate conservative values and who will work to preserve our Constitutional freedoms and free market Capitalism! :)

Neigh, Bob called from the center of Florida to make sure we were all having a good time at my place on the Gulf coast.

He couldn't make the long drive over due to a very touchy back......and we missed him. Good to hear his voice.

Bob always attends our freeps and get-togethers over the span of many, many years.

The concensus was that we'll gather together on some date after the first of the year to break bread and Obama's empty promises. So don't play any soccer, Bob, we want you hale and hearty for our next soiree.
