They are blaming the Mormon church because they and other religions were in favor of Prop. 8. And apparently Mormons had contributed money to the campaign for Prop. 8, which the gay activists perceive as unfair.

Much money on both sides came from out of state sources, so the gay activists aren’t intellectually honest on that, if that’s their beef here against the Mormon church.

Do they really think a violent protest against a religion will help their cause? They have urged us for years to celebrate diversity and now they are actively denigrating a prominent religion?????

Remember how we were all assured that the gay groups all respect religious institutions, and that they would never, ever try to force religions to perform same-sex marriages. They assured us that they have a live and let live attitude about religions, even though most religions oppose same-sex marriage.

Seems to me that the gays now actively oppose religious influence, rather than having neutrality towards religion.

Somewhere between 40% and 75% of the Yes on 8 money supposedly came from Mormons.

Remember how we were all assured that the gay groups all respect religious institutions, and that they would never, ever try to force religions to perform same-sex marriages....

Another of their favorite whines is, "How is my gay marriage going to harm your traditional marriage?" Then they proceed to indoctrinate children into homosexual practices and claim they are being discriminated against if they can't teach perversions in the classrooms. Not even to mention gay adoption. Whereas to heterosexuals and Christians, the entire purpose of marriage revolves around having children, being sexually decent and private, raising your children to feel secure with a mother and a father, and passing on those values by example to your children and grandchildren. That is marriage to us -- it's cradle-to-grave family life of blood relatives (except in the case of childless heterosexual couples who can still provide a mother and a father for an adoptee).

GBLT activists wanted their fight to be political starting in the 60s; now they think it's somehow unfair when they fail to convince people of their cause and people vote them down. They won't compromise over their aggressions towards children. Oh, wait -- it's not political! It's a civil right!

Make up your mind. If they have the civil right to raise their children as they see fit, why don't religious people have the same right? They want to do their thing, and we don't want our children indoctrinated into their sexual cult on the taxpayer dime.
