Milwaukee Puts Vote Fraud Cop Out of Business
The Wall Street Journal ^ | November 4, 2008 | John Fund

Mr. Sandvick's unit released a 67-page report on what it called an "illegal organized attempt to influence the outcome of (the 2004) election in the state of Wisconsin" -- a swing state whose last two presidential races were decided by less than 12,000 votes.

The report found that between 4,600 and 5,300 more votes were counted in Milwaukee than the number of voters recorded as having cast ballots. Absentee ballots were cast by people living elsewhere; ineligible felons not only voted but worked at the polls; transient college students cast improper votes; and homeless voters possibly voted more than once.

Much of the problem resulted from Wisconsin's same-day voter law, which allows anyone to show up at the polls, register and then cast a ballot. ID requirements are minimal. If someone lacks any ID, he can vote so long as someone who lives in the same city vouches for him. The report found that in 2004 a total of 1,305 "same day" voters gave information that was declared "un-enterable" or invalid by election officials.

According to the report, this loophole was abused by many out-of-state workers for the John Kerry campaign. They had "other staff members who were registered voters vouch for them by corroborating their residency."

The investigative unit believed at least 16 workers from the Kerry campaign, and two allied

Apologies if this is a repeat...

The Obama campaign wants to invalidate voter registration laws so they can stuff the ballot boxes nationwide. While Kerry came up short, Obama cheated his way into office in many battleground states... Is it any surprise that ACORN maintains one of its regional headquarters in Milwaukee? Voter registration fraud in Indiana and Minnesota were also reported during this election cycle and coordinated from this office.

"Mr. Sandvick says the problems his unit found in 2004 are "only the tip of the iceberg" of what could happen today. His unit has found out-of-state groups registering their temporary workers, a college dorm with 60 voters who aren't students, and what his unit believes are seven illegal absentee ballots."

Time for conservatives to play the same game?

Unless we can stop this mockery we are doomed. Just imagine the Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia and.....................vote fraud running this country via an empty suit. Oh! We’re about to witness that.

Now multiply that by hundreds of cities across the country that were targeted by the criminals at ACORN. Wonder what the vote REALLY was.

Time for conservatives to play the same game?
Yup.’

Disagree. 2 wrongs don’t= a right.
We need:

ACORN disbanded, along with any such other group.
They are promoting fraud and they know it. Voters rights are being trampled.

ONE DAY and only one day for voting. This applies to both primary and general elections.

PHOTO ID MUST BE PRESENTED in order to vote in either primary or general election.

Ballots in English and English ONLY. No speakee the language—no voting. Cuts costs in every state.

Eliminate Motor Voter laws. It is pulling in too many illegals.

Absentee votes only for a very good reason.

Voters in retirement homes must vote under supervision of a legal poll worker...not just the “staff” helping the aged voter. If the aged person isn’t coherent, they cannot vote—sorry.

CLEAN UP THE VOTER ROLLS and keep it current. Eliminate the dead, the moved, and duplicates. NO FELONS get to vote. This has to be a permanent price for their prior behavior. I cannot believe that there are not lots of adults who would VOLUNTEER to help Registrars of Voters in every City/County/State to work on purging the bad names from the rolls. I will sign up for a minimum of 40 hours such work RIGHT NOW. We have people tracking Sarah Palin, the seals and the polar bears voluntarily, and none are voluntarily helping to solve a big problem with the voter rolls.

COLLEGE STUDENTS get one vote only- I think they are voting at school and also absentee from their parents homes and I think they are thinking it is funny. They are laughing. They are wrong to be doing so.

If any person is caught doing any voting shenanigans- they lose their right to vote forever, and they spend 5 years in custody of Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona. Sheriff Joe gets to feed them peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for 60 months, while they all wear pink underwear and live in tents.

This all has to happen before 2 years from now, when the next election of Congress members gets voted upon.

Who will volunteer with me to help the local Registrar of Voters???

Our guess is that any attempt at a law suit will be dismissed on grounds of lack of standing. That didn’t seem to stop the NAACP and similar groups when blacks were illegally and unconstitutionally kept from voting but those who want to preserve the constitutional rights of folks like us aren’t likely to be given standing to sue, a purely political decision but one that judges will be inclined to uphold because they have long since, so many of them, abandoned the rule of law that they prate about.

Step #1: Stop using taxpayer subsidies to bankroll ACORN. This fraud is being perpetuated on the basis of ACORN being a “nonpartisan” voter registration group.

This Democratic Party sponsored hoax must end immediately.

But unless the Republicans make a comeback and win some elections in spite of it, it won’t be.
