I think it is the rest of the party that needs to improve their “game”.

Mr. Rove needs to find another party and another job. He called the presidential race at 11:00 oclock in the afternoon for Obama. Give me a break, He was the mastermnd of the pro-illegal alien strategy, he is no friend of Republics. He needs to give it up and get lost.

He is the PAST failure, we are moving FORWARD.

He is smug and arrogant.

I had to follow the link to find out who ‘Edwards’ is. I thought he had departed from the political scene...

Edwards said Palin's inexperience was too much for John McCain's campaign to overcome.

"The problem was, over time, particularly in the vice presidential debate ... it was fairly obvious she wasn't ready to be president, and that made people nervous," he said.

Sounds like the liberals (Rove and Edwards) fear Sarah and both are throwing bombs at her to continue the attempt to derail her future national aspirations. Very telling of the liberal RINOs.

Assuming Rove offered, then if Palin was smart she’d say “No thanks.” Roves strategy has worn thin. If Palin’s going to win she’s going to have to look at the successful Reagan campaigns for clues on how to win Democrats and independents over to a conservative agenda.

You know, given that Sarah lives in the capitol, which is JUNEAU, I don’t think Rove has thought this out real well....

2000 and 2004 Rove brought Bush 2 terms.

2004 he lost Congress. Before 2008 he ran the Administration into ground and setup the debacle of last week.

I agree with the idea that Sarah needs to "raise her game". Not an insult to her, because it is monumentally clear that she has tremendous potential.

I'd like her to retain the qualities that she already has, but then ADD some, like a good knowledge of economics and foreign policy, and to add another "voice" to her repertoire, a more intellectual one, less folksy.

Rove is yesterday's news. If he was as great as they claim (or as he thinks he is) Bush would have won both elections by a much bigger margin, and his popularity ratings would have remained a lot higher.

His smuggness in implying that Palin would natually want him but he's not moving to Alaska is astounding.

When Bush goes out the door, Rove should go with him.

they agreed Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin needs to hone her knowledge of foreign policy and geography if she runs for president in 2012.

Rove said he didn't care if, as a vice presidential candidate, Palin knew where South Ossetia or Abkhazia are, or if she could recite the minutiae of health care policy.

The media won't let go of the "she doesn't know that Africa is a continent" hoax.

Rove may be bright but he is a RINO! PERIOD! We need to find someone with his intellect that is a true conservative.

I wish Rove would stfu. I've been wishing that for the past two years, ever since he put bull's eyes on Walberg and Knollenberg.

He's a jackass. He's part of the problem.

Sarah Palin is political dynamite — she’s open, honest, likable, intelligent, pretty and ... nobody’s fool.

Rove has done a reaonable job; but it’s time for him to move on.

I think he’s right. She needs a lot of grooming to make it through a full Presidential cycle. We may not like that, but it’s a fact.

Agreed, she could use some more schooling in foreign affairs. Nothing wrong with that. It's a complex world out there, and 4 more years brushing up will make her an extremely strong presidential candidate in 2012. But John Edwards is hardly someone who should give advice in this area. Still she was 1000 times more qualified than either Biden or the Marxist Messiah.

...help her take her game to another level...

If he's talkin' tactical issues about campaigning, maybe...but, Sarah is loved and respected for who she is and what she believes. We love her precisely because she is genuine, and IS NOT a political gamer - a player. Don't go tryin' to CHANGE her.

If John McCain held the same political beliefs as Sarah and with the same conviction, he'd be POTUS today.
