Brokaw and the rest of the mainstream slimes would like Lieberman to apologize for loving his country and for having ethics and morals. Obviously, the MSM have none of those qualifications. How about Brokaw receiving thousands of telephone calls expressing what we think of his dubious ethics? Anyone have a telephone number?
To: BenLurkin
I dont get it. What is he supposed to apologize for? For not supporting The One after the MSM had already anointed him the next president several months before the election. How dare he question the qualifications of The One?

I don’t understand why The Obamassiah wants to establish an Obama Civilian Corps to “out” non-believers and keep us in line.
He already has the mainstream media and nit-twits like Brokaw doing a fine job for free.

Brokaw should be glad he hasn’t heard the words “F.You” either.

“crime against the ruler”....pullllleeeezzzeee.
It was meant sarcastically, of course.

Tom also called on Lieberman to denounce Sarah Palin for her understated characterization of Obama’s relationship with Domestic Terrorist Bill Ayers. Tom wanted Joe to apologize for Palin’s comments.

What about Brokaw’s lack of vetting the President-Elect?
Apologies forthcoming? Somehow I doubt it.

Brokaw proves yet again that he is not an objective journalist but a hack serving the interests of the political left. Hey Brokaw, who are you to be seeking any apology from Sen. Lieberman???? Why don’t YOU apologize to American for being such a slimy dishonest worm?

It sad to watch a brainwashed person with senility starting to set in. Tom needs to retire and go spend more time with the family.

...same brokaw with charlie rose a few fridays ago on PBS sounded like an idiot asking one another what they knew about Obambi....and both said “nothing”. Nothing about foreign policy, nothing about senate dealings, nothing about education, nothing about family, it went on and on
This, after two years of vetting the president elect brokaw should follow rather, begone you liberal twit and write a memoir that no one would read.

Tom, hows about you apologize to us for representing yourself as an unbiased journalist for so many years?Thats exactly the response he deserved. The MSM needs to be publicly called out for their bias by the folks appearing on these shows.

I thought I saw some reports shortly after the election that reported Caroline Kennedy admitting that Brokaw was shortlisted for VP. Then, nothing more was ever said.
If this is true, it begs some obvious questions. The “short list” comment is telling. This isn’t some wish list, but rather in it’s context is implicit involvement (at least on some level) by the potential candidate. Was Brokaw aware of his position on the VP list? If so, did he provide any preliminary information to the selection commitee? Did he have any conversation, no matter how limited with Obama or any of Obama’s designates?
I just can’t believe that no one has asked these questions of Brokjaw and NBC, or perhaps I’ve just missed them.

As if I give a sh*t what Brokaw thinks is necessary. The MSM is getting more irrelevant every day ( but their heads are getting bigger).. Conservatives have got to start making inroads into the MSM outlets, TV, Cable and print
