If you have an individual web page. You usually get one when you sign up for internet (att, charter, etc.) or if you own a web page, put a link to it then go to google and submit the page for crawling.

Do you have an account at LinkedIn? Put it there. If you do not have an account, open one and put this link up as your 'homepage'.

Another thing you can do is to visit some blogs, and whenever you see the form to submit a comment, put your name as "Obama Citizen", and then your home page as this:
