Sarah Palin in Atlanta for Saxby Rally (Photos)
Digital Journal ^ | 12/2/08 | Sherri Reese

Former Vice Presidential Candidate, Governor Sarah Palin, sweeps the state of Georgia; hitting 4 cities the day before Georgians head to the polls for an electoral run-off.

snip.....

“She was born for this” claimed Laci Texter of the Saxby Chambliss campaign. This may have been a rally for the Saxby campaign, but it was clear from the people’s response that the people were there for Sarah Palin. Palin took the stage with her traditional style, waving to the mass of supporters and stepping to the microphone with an air of purpose and leadership. Those spectators on the floor in front lost all sense of personal space and swarmed closer to the stage.

You know, it’s nice of him to do her this favor. You know, LETTING her do this — even though she’s such a drag on the GOP, so embarrassing to everyone; so hated and unpopular and reviled; such a source of division and misery.

Nice of him to be charitable to the poor lady.

She’s really something else, when you see her live and in person, isn’t she?

Sarah Palin has what is called “the common touch”.

She can reach out to ordinary people and let them know she is really one of them.

THAT makes her so very dangerous to the Bolsheviks in the Democrat Party.

I hope Chambliss BURIES his opponent.

GO SARAH GO!

Let the MSM, the DNC, and the RINOs take their best shot. Sarah will come out of it the better, and more loved and respected, and positioned to help us take back the GOP and our country as a result.

SP speaks from her core beliefs, and those core beliefs are shared by the majority of humans on the planet.

Democrats have no such ability - their core beliefs are abhorrent to the majority of humans on the planet.

This is one reason why the left hates her so much.

Thank you for posting.

How do things look for Sen. Chambliss?

So, just how impressive was she? I haven’t been able to see her since she was freed from the shackles of the McCain campaign...

Yup. Saw her in Carson, CA.

I was about 30 ft from the stage. She was great.

I saw her in Shippensburg, pennsylvania on October 28, just as she was going “rogue” from her (mis)handlers. She really let it fly against Obama that night, and I’ll never forget it.

Wow, Sara is quite the rock star.

Now, IF only she could come to Alaska and at least try and run the State with an “air of purpose and leadership” it would be nice.

So far, no so much.

Yes— very very impressive!!!

And WOW— can she keep up a pace! 4 cities in one day! She just doesn’t skip a beat, either!

AMAZING!

“She’s really something else, when you see her live and in person, isn’t she?”

...she really is! I saw her twice in Richmond, VA and she was humble, gracious, well spoken and commanding. I pray that the MSM doesn’t harm her chances in 2012 by bashing her over and over. Jindal/Palin 2012!

Perhaps after the gov’s meeting this week. Even her attempts to keep Dems from getting veto-proof majority are an an indirect aid to AK.

I would prefer Palin/Sessions in 2012. That way we have one Guv and one Senator and the Senator voted against the bailout.

well— if Saxby loses, it is not the fault of the RNC...

they have been calling my house non-stop— rallies everywhere-—

Saxby has managed to tick off a lot of people.....it is going to be all about turn-out....

I have no idea what to expect....

This race is close because of one reason and one reason only... RINO “shameless” voted for the bail-out... Had he had some COURAGE and voted against it, he would have won in the general election... period! Having said that, I PAINFULLY voted for him this morning... But, I'm going to do EVERYTHING within my power to make sure there is a REAL conservative challenger to our other RINO senator in 2010... “Shameless”... WE ARE WATCHING!

Absolutely correct!

She also is optimistic about American what it has done, what it can do. Rush has made the point many times-when conservatives run as optimists and talk about the greatness of our country they do well in elections.

Hubert Humphrey, the “happy warrior” had that skill as well.
I almost never agreed with Humphrey on any issue but he seems to have the common touch-so did his wife Muriel. Also Humphrey always campaigned as though it was his first election and he was 10 points behind. That is an important lesson to remember for conservatives.
