Supreme Court Obama Birth Certificate -The verdict is in!
By Scott Prentice
Reading headlines and briefs like ABC Senior White House Correspondent Jake Tapper and I quote: After the Justices meet -- and assuredly decline to hear the matter -- the anti-Obama activists supporting the case will hold a vigil near the steps of the highest Court in the land. Or Los Angeles Time reporting Satire It may come as something of a shock to those millions planning trips to Washington for the Jan. 20 inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama that he isn't really legally capable of taking the oath. And using Obamas So called Fake Certificate of Live Birth.
Maybe not.
Here in plain English is the Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya.
Grandma always said....
“no news is goog news...
(fingers crossed)
She obviously wasn’t wearing her dentures when she said that.
So, grandma gets all her news from Google? Who knew?
“I’m heading for Canada.”
But I thought the Hollywood libs lived there?
hold on people...don’t waste your time with this thread.
Has SCOTUS issued any official words to this effect re:Donofrio vs. Wells? when they do you ‘ll know.
The Supreme Court has issued its order list from today's conference. The link is here.
Background: when the Supreme Court grants cert. (i.e., decides that they will hear a case), they release that order immediately, because the parties to the case need to start working on their briefs. If the Court denies cert. (decides that they will not hear the case), those orders are not released until the following Monday (because there are so many of them and the clerk's office needs time to put together the full list).
Today's order list grants cert. in two cases, neither one of them an Obama eligibility case. We won't know for sure until the Monday order list comes out it the cases were denied (it's possible they postponed consideration to a later conference, though I think that's unlikely), or if anyone dissented from the denial, but if I had to bet, I would say that the Court will simply decline to hear these cases-- and any others that come up-- unanimously, and without any comment.
Grandma said no news was GOOD news....
sorry grandma did like her vodka ALOT!
This is what Deepest End had reported on another thread.
From http://www.supremecourtus.gov/casedistribution/casedistributionschedule.html :
“Generally, if a case is considered at a Conference, viewers can expect that the disposition of a case will be announced on an Orders List that will be released at 10:00 a.m. the following Monday.”
No one ever expected to see the web site updated with anything today. Relax, stay informed and wait until Monday.
I just got this ...but won’t post.
What do you think?

I'm told by a Supreme Court watcher that the lack of an announcement doesn't mean the court definitely won't hear Donofrio although he thinks it's safe to say its unlikely the court won't hear the case.
“...Bill Richardson saying in Spanish that Obama is an ‘immigrant.’”
Believe it or not, there are some people in the know in New Mexico that claim Richardson was born in Mexico, and that his father flew him to San Diego to take care of his birth certificate. A grad school friend of mine, who is a history professor now, claims to have met and talked to the Mexican doctor who delivered Bill Richardson. This is actually a well known story among Santa Fe insiders, but completely unprovable, so it has never seen the light of day. It could be that Richardson sympathizes with Obama as a kindred spirit.
I just got this ...but wont post to my computer (work)
What do you think?
man ,,bad typing day..
Holy FReep! He really said that. "Obama es un inmigrante>
Had to listen twice to focus on the Spanish rather than the English narration, but that's what he said. *AND* it was not some distant past statement, he made during this years Democratic National Convention.
The Supreme Court is no longer interested in Constitutional issues...
That's got to be a typo. What I'm sure he said was that "its unlikely the court will hear the case"-- otherwise it would have been on today's cert. granted list.
I intend to wait for Monday.
Funny, I thought he was actually an alien from a small planet somewhere in the vicinity of Betelgeuse.
