I’m sure we can expect on the Morning Talk Shows how this Dem flop is a clear sign of the unpopularity of Obama’s socialist policies.

Most of what is left in Orleans is in the 9th and 15th wards. I hope Cao’s margin will hold.

CNN Projects Cao the winner over Cold Cash Jefferson!!

WWL-TV and AP call it for Cao.

The 9th ward now lives in Houston. I think the GOP takes the first of many steps toward the return to conservatism.
Louisiana seems to be the base of the Conservative movement as California was in the 1960s.

Fill me in on this, please. Is this a run-off from November? Seems that way because the vote total is very small for a CD.

If this race occurs in November the democrat wins 55-45.Please clarify this. I thought this was a run-off from a November race where there was a third party candidate so no one got a majority - therefore, the run-off. What was the vote breakdown in November?
