Call me crazy ... BUT couldn’t John G. Roberts simply send Obama a polite letter asking him for his documents prior to the innauguration as it is his duty to ensure constitutional compliance before the ceremony. We don’t need a lawsuit or 17 other justices to concur ,, we need one that will just do his job...
