That depends on what they consider the definition of what a (nuke) is.

They don’t get it, but I see you do.
We dropped ATOMIC bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Nobody has ever had a nuclear (H-Bomb) dropped on them.
Massive difference in destructive power. Not to say that an atomic bomb is a nothing. Fission (Atomic) = City Buster or smaller. Fusion (H-Bomb) = County Buster or worse.
