Here's an example of a vote they say is clearly for Franken: http://senaterecount.startribune.com/ballots/index.php?review_date=2008-12-17&index=35
Here's an example of a vote they say is clearly not discernable: http://senaterecount.startribune.com/ballots/index.php?review_date=2008-12-17&index=25
Inconsistent much?
I don't know how long this information will remain out there. What they're doing is fraud.

if the republicans put up with this,
then they’re going to be out of power for 30 years.

Its just a matter of time. They will keep counting the votes until Franken wins.
Is anyone surprised by this?

Here's an example of a vote they say is clearly for Franken: ... Here's an example of a vote they say is clearly not discernable Words have meaning, and neither of those are "votes". Those are ballots. Neither ballot has a vote for US Senate. End of discussion.

Both of the ballots you have shown belong in the trash....neither one of the voters followed the instructions.

I'd throw both of these ballots out.

I have been out helping to restore electricity for the past 6 days and was not up to date on the situation in MN. Thanks for posting that.

They need a re-vote; I want to see the difference when in-person votes are the only ones that count.

How would you have a re-vote without absentee ballots?

The ability to read is not a requirement, nor is citizenship, criminal past, or place of birth. Just ask ACORN. Unless a voter wants to be a Republican.

Any ballot marked more then one time, no matter if it is an X, circle, whatever, more then one mark and it’s OUT. Problem solved.

If it was good for Obama it is good for the rest of these despicable thieves. Obama set the stage.

What are you trying to do - undercut the whole Illinois political system? :)

Both of the ballots you have shown belong in the trash....neither one of the voters followed the instructions.Exactly. These are optical scan ballots. Either the scanner 'took' them or it didn't. If it rejected them, the voter got a do over with another ballot. These are spoiled, trash. Counting spoiled ballots is typically criminal, democrat behavior. A legislative body staffed this way can in no way be considered legitimate.

Never mind. I noticed the check off box for the canvassing board.
