I have fond memories of this time. Watching my good friend Congressman Jim Rogan (who my wife was instrumental in electing to the Assembly and Congress) on the floor of the Senate trying this bastard was one of the highlights of my 20 years of politics.
I can’t imagine that it gets any better than that, but who knows. There’s probably 15-20 more years left in me of this kind of thing.

Clinton looks like a child who had his candy taken away until after dinner.
I remember that day as the second time I saw news anchors cry on screen. Cronkite on Nov 22, 1963 and Bernie Shaw and I forget who the blond bimbette was on CNN, crying when their hero was impeached.
