The issue of all the faux naifs and traitors belief in all the so called multicultural baloney and pseudo "niceness" and that Islam is just misunderstood, benign and wishes us no harm is naive and specious in extremis. I especially like the line that "Pain can and will change people's behavior. Pain works". We could change a lot of criminals and people's behavior with this philosophy and it would be cheaper and more effective than jail or prison.

The only two punishments in the society created by Robert Heinlein in his book, “Starship Troopers”, were flogging and hanging. Seems to jibe nicely with your comments. Also, if you didn’t serve in the military, you could never be a citizen.

I used to believe that there was nothing wrong with islam itself, that it was only a few misguided adherents that were tarnishing everyone else with a bad name.

No more. While there are a few good muslims, islam itself is horribly flawed and, if taken to its logical conclusion, produces the results that we see in, say, Mumbai, or NYC on 9/11.
