I think the Hebrew patch reflects language proficiency/interpreter. Yet another important accomplishment. The skills I learned in scouting have served me well. In many respects, better than the college degree.

I think the Hebrew patch reflects language proficiency/interpreter. Or it could be one of his Jewish religious awards. The article CD posted mentioned he'd earned more than one.
