Publicity Stunt!
Dems will probably say “no” publicly in trade for the Obama admin AG agreeing not to prosecute all forms of porn. Done.
The internet has killed the porn industry

Free market at work...
This is just horrible, those poor fluffers are going broke.
And we have a #8
It’s not a bailout, just a little fluffing.
No doubt.
Ted Kennedy supports this bill.
Figures that they’d ask Obama to cover their butts.
So are the guys tapped out...?
I think the Internet has killed a lot of industries — media, retail. I even read that it was partly to blame for the foreclosure mess: Wall Street brokers were desperate to make money after losing a lot of profits to e-trading.
I recommend the book CULT OF THE AMATEUR. Describes how Internet has wreaked havoc on our culture.
We are in a state of freefall.
Part of any such monies should be set aside for making”Conservatives Gone Wild” DVDs. Obama believes in affirmative action, so we should get a quota since we’re underrepresented in that industry. I will personally volunteer to join Andrea Tantaro, Pamela Geller, and Elisabeth Hasselbeck for making the first episode.
why not?? we’ve bailed out generation after generation of welfare recipient’s....at least the porn industry generates some tax revenue...
I applaud Flynt on this- in his sarcasm he’s shown what a BS joke all these bailouts are...
Really, ya can't! /lol
As Silvio Dante said once in a Soprano's episode:
"During an economic downturn, there are two things which are immune to it --- 1) Certain areas of the 'entertainment' business, and 2) Our Thing"
Take "Silvio's" wisdom for what its worth ......
Bill Clinton can be the LOBBYIST!
You take it from there....
Gambling is not doing well and neither is tobacco.
The internet killed retail??!??!!?!
No. However, as a brick and mortar retail store owner and an internet retailer I will posit that the internet has changed retail.
