The Stimulus Plan To Nowhere
Vanity | 1/9/09

Posted on 01/09/2009 9:14:26 AM PST by Williams

Just saw a headline that a town of 174 people wants $275 million from the "stimulus package". And isn't a lot of it to go for "infrastructure" such as roads and bridges? Oh, and the porn industry wants a "stimulus" that's a good one.

Every democrat city and state wants a chunk of this. How is this not the case of that one Alaskan bridge to nowhere, only on a much larger scale?

I guess if we fund every liberal bridge to nowhere, every democrat financial rat hole, somehow this is different.

Obama isn't even being smart about his own left wing agenda. By spending trillions on wasted stimulus packages, and creating skyrocketing deficits, he isn't leaving room for the staggering cost of universal healthcare and other government bridges to mediocrity.

Obama is going to do to America what the democrats have done to every city in the land. Misdirected overspending and a bloated inefficient civil service, rewarding economic non producers in the name of social progress, and driving out productive business with suffocating taxes and regulations.

You need only look at how the vast majority of people live in those cities - and that is his most devoted constituency - to see what is in store for us. It's a very tragic vision of the future. For the most part, they have no future. But lots of dem beurocrats live high on the hog.

The stimulus plan to nowhere, indeed.

But since the Bush Administration bailed out Wall Street Fat Cats, there is no argument against bailing out Main Street.

Bush’s Fault!

How about stimulating the natural resource business like coal, oil, gas, foresting...That will produce “American jobs” and “nature’s products”. Make it work damn it.

OBAMA SHOULD TAKE THE MONEY BEING SPEND ON HIS INAUGURATION AND PUT IN INTO THE STIMULUS PACKAGE IF IT MEANS THAT MUCH TO HIM.

I want to know who is writing Barry Zero’s speeches. When he tries to “off the cuff” answer questions, he stumbles and stutters.

And YOU can get rid of your unsecured debt if you want to.

Your credit is an asset to the bank.

Banks have assets. A huge asset on the books of the biggest American banks is your credit card debt. Interest rates paid on these cards is far higher than rates obtainable by banks from any other class of loans.

Few people understand that the minimum monthly payment required by banks kept the borrower in debt for over two decades. Now, that’s a loan that pays and pays and pays!

The borrowers, not understanding compound interest and paying attention only to the monthly payment’s effect on their budgets, willingly locked themselves into a long-term debt contract.

The written credit card debt contracts are beneficial to banks. Low card rates can be hiked without warning overnight to 20% or even 30% per annum if a borrower misses a payment to his mortgage company or any other creditor. This missed-payment information goes from the third-party creditor to a credit rating agency, and from there, to the bank.

But did the banks really loan you money? And do you really owe them anything? You can fight back. Legally discharge that debt, and get your life back.

Read my tag line. 2000 people a month sign up for the program I’m in. If you have unsecured debt and would prefer not to have to make that monthly payment, FReepmail me or follow tag line . . . info confidential. I get a small finder’s fee for the referral.
