Oh be prepared for a bunch of posts here from Obot moles and their sympathizers saying SCOTUS will do nothing. Roberts would have turned it away. I think Thomas and Scalia get it and probably Roberts and Alito also get it. The question is will Kennedy. Steve Pidgeon’s case will be hitting SCOTUS next and Steve is trying to get more physical evidence.

I am a conservative, but I am losing hope and getting ready to be resigned. Maybe by some miracle someone with the power to do something will take his oath to defend the Constitution seriously.
Hopefully, the red states will enact legislation that will require **all** candidates to PROVE their citizenship requirements for the position.
If they do this, I expect that before the election Obama will declare that he is a one term president. He will develop a vague illness and need more time with his family

I would like nothing better than for the Supreme Court to rain on BO’s inaugural parade, but frankly I don’t think they have the guts. If it comes down to Kennedy, I think he will cave.
