This is a total cop-out and abdication of parental responsibility. We have 3 teenagers in Massachusetts public schools where they are bombarded constantly with liberal propaganda and the teachers openly proselytize them with socialist and enviro-mental agenda.
They recognize it, they don't buy it, and sometimes they even argue with their teachers when they hear a real whopper.
Unless you are letting the schools raise your kids and aren't doing your job as a parent, you can't blame it on the schools.
A good point, but I think most parents want to believe that their publik skools are doing the right thing. BTW, a friend of mine homeschooled her three boys and one of them is at MIT now, entering college a full year before his peers graduate from publik skool. Most of his publik skooled peers would be lucky to get into the local community college.
FWIW, I fully expect that home schooling will be outlawed during Obamalamadingdong's first term....
