When George Bush selected Dick Cheney as his running mate in 2000, the braying asses in the media decided he made the choice to add “gravitas” to his ticket.
Bush was a twice elected governor of Texas, and managing the second largest state economy in the country. He had run the Texas Rangers baseball team and had served honorably in the Texas Air National Guard.
Nevertheless, the Democrat”s media cheeerleaders immediately latched on to the word “gravitas” like a child learning a new word.
The media spewed an endless stream of stupid comments about how the well accomplished Bush needed Cheney to add gravitas to his ticket. Sam Donaldson’s idiotic remark sums it up best, “.. [Cheney] was put on the ticket…. by former President Bush, to give gravitas to the ticket.”
We didn’t hear the word “gravitas” when the empty suit Barcak Obama picked Joe Biden. No one could keep a straight face, mentioning moron Joe Biden and “gravitas” in the same sentence.
Obama has to get his “gravitas” from a guy who first came to our attention by getting caught plagiarizing Marxist ideas from a British socialist because he has no original thoughts of his hairplugged head.
Drawing “gravitas” from a guy like Biden is really scraping the bottom of the barrel.
Biden is the dunce who proudly declared the Iraq surge an “inevitable failure” and was dumb enough to post his comments on Youtube.
Remember the painfully embarrassing “Stand up Chuck” episode when Biden asked a Democrat in a wheelchair to “stand up?; or when several Catholics smacked Biden’s nose like a floor wetting puppy because they caught him trying to rewrite Catholic doctrine on abortion?
When the smoke clears, we will discover Barack Obama’s “wizard behind the curtain” is just idiot from Delaware.

Emanuel, Biden and Pelosi have all been the proverbial ‘crazy aunt in the attic’ at one time or another, hidden from the public so their ‘foot in mouth disease’ could be treated.

That's one of the things I'll miss most about Cheney. He calls 'em like he sees 'em.
Hopefully his judgement of people will improve as he grows into the job.
Even if Biden was suffering from severe hypothermia, his body temperature, would be twice that of his I.Q.
*He’s* the one who it is truly scary to think of, being one heartbeat away from the Oval Office. The man is a thick headed braggart and buffoon, who can’t keep from running his lying mouth, bragging about things he is..that he *isn’t*.
