The Center for Consumer Freedom says President-Elect Barack Obamas pick for regulatory czar of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Harvard Law School Professor Cass Sunstein, is a radical animal rights activist.
The piece points to a 2002 paper written by Sunstein entitled The Rights of Animals: A Very Short Primer as Exhibit A.
In this paper, Sunstein argues for the rights of animals and placing them on a par with the rights of human beings. He laments that current laws which protect animals from cruelty do not include hunting, medical research, and food animals.

Barack Obama: “I Am Now a Vegan” [It’s SATIRE, folks!]
I say it isn’t satire. But the moderators felt it was. I say he was speaking to the PETA/Environmental activists.

The guy has a point, Chicago Democrats are on a equal par with farm animals.

So, wouldn’t owning a dog be a type of slavery? What happens when BO doesn’t turn the White House vegan or even vegetarian? Are they going to storm state dinners? Shouldn’t the turkey that gets spared every year get to stay in the Lincoln bedroom and have an opportunity to address the press as an an equal?
When I can't buy meat-based dog food for my babies, I'll start "shopping" for Liberals instead.
