I think if they try to prosecute Bush and Co., they’ll have to keep the details all under wraps, selectively leaking the most damaging evidence against the Bush administration (assuming that there’s anything of that nature left to leak, probably isn’t). Otherwise, Bush will turn the tables against them and make Democrats rue the day.
