The press was all Obama all the time for the inauguration - with a bash of Bush and Cheney - EVEN AS THEY ARRIVED for the big event.

I wonder what the vicious liberals in the media are going to do now. I wonder how they long they are going to be able to hold back their venom.
There's no "last second." The bashing will continue for years. ..."Katrina"...."Haliburton"...."Gitmo"...."war crimes"....etc. And everything bad that happens during Obama's term(s) will be blamed squarely on Bush/Cheney. Everything.
They’re still bashing Herbert Hoover, and it’s over 75 years in the past. I don’t expect the Bush-bashing to stop in my lifetime.
For this reason I am glad that President Bush is wealthy, healthy, and secure in his own skin. Even at that, it must get old to him, but very soon he will be able to live his private life in peace and happiness, and just tune them out until they get tired of hearing themselves. Even the hatred of the media must burn out sometime, plus they have a shorter attention span than a 6 year old with ADD. Until they get tired of hearing the echo of their own voices, I am SO happy that President Bush, God bless him and Mrs Laura Bush, have the wealth and health to shut it all out from their lives. And that they have a large and loving family to help them in the transition to private life. When you have health and a family who love you, you don’t have to care what a bunch of bitter single immature morons spew.
The only way Bush bashing will stop is if Obama lets out some terrorists from Gitmo who go home and then execute a massive attack on the US. Even in that case, they will try to blame Bush for making them mad, but I don’t think a majority of Americans are certifiably insane not to connect the dots.
I hope Cheney does some hard hitting interviews once the dust settles from the transition. I know Bush will never come out swinging, but Cheney doesn’t mess around.
Blaming yesterday’s market drop on Bush too.
I believe the greatest VP of our generation has said he is going to write a book. One of his motives was to “settle a few scores”. Prediction: #1 Bestseller.
Did you expect anything different? You do expect it to be over?
Drat!
The bashing and disrepect for President George W. Bush is going to continue even after he is dead. Those lefty loons sure have long lasting relationships with hate.
A chill wind has come over America. We are no longer to jeer the President.
Yet even as the Left claimed there was a “new tone”, they still exhibited the old tone towards Bush throughout the day, referring the Cheney as “Dr. Strangelove”, booing Bush and Cheney, singing “na na na na heyyy goodbye”, having Code Pink witches perform a “cleansing ritual” at the White House.
To anyone on the Left who’d dare try to silence dissent, stuff it.
The drop of the market was related to Bush, he’s LEAVING office and Obambi is in his place.
Blaming Bush for the terrorists in Gitmo “getting jihadacized” is like blaming LBJ for the Communist scum in America rioting and murdering police etc.
They are evil, and now they support President Obama (both groups).
Herbert Hoover...and Richard Nixon.
There is no end to it. The liberal loon media wants to revise history, just like the Russian Communists did, and they are being successful because of two generations of poorly-educated Americans.
Leno said that there was nothing about Obama to joke about.
Both he and Craig Ferguson went to Bush jokes last night.
That's because they are all Stalinists, like the type George Orwell tried to warn us about in 1984 and Animal Farm.
But the Left has co-opted Orwell's message (just as they hijacked Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451).
How else to explain a Socialist radical like Shepherd Fairey (artist behind the HOPE CHANGE PROGRESS poster campaign for Obama) being hired to design the book covers for 1984 and Animal Farm?
We have a media on par with Pravda in the Soviet heyday. Only this partisan press that serves the Party is privately owned. It only means that when the Party in power changes, the press itself does not have to change political talking points.
Get ready for 4 years of Sarah Palin jokes.
