Carrying a concealed weapon shouldn’t even be a chargeable offense. It’s a bogus law that allows police to bully people that they can’t pin anything else on. It can be used to ruin the lives of otherwise law abiding citizens trying to protect themselves. The government does not have the right to deny us the God given right to protect ourselves. And, before I get flamed for standing up for criminals over cops, the proper response is criminalize and prosecute the use of a firearm in the furtherance of a crime, ala O.J. Simpson.
