NO!!! Just look at California to understand why term limits won’t help. Career politicians don’t cease to exist, they simply make their way through multiple offices wreaking the same kind of havoc in different parts of the government, and turn their seats into mini fiefdoms handed off to the next up-and-coming term-limited crony.
Term limits and gerrymandering go hand in hand, and if you don’t have a citizen initiative process, you have no hope of stopping the latter if you impose the former.
Term limits haven't harmed the POTUS........and we only give that office 8 years.
Most idea's floating around about term limiting both houses...gives them 12-16 freaking yrs.
