I think he would still have to be held as an enemy combatant...which means Obama agrees with the eeeeevil Bush / Cheney Administration's definition of the Gitmo terrorists. Irony rules.
Hence my confusion...we give all constitutional rights because of Bush’s alleged nastiness, but nothing changes except the rhetoric...I wish Obama would actually think these things through before shooting his mouth off...maybe Bush wasn’t as bad as he thought, huh?
