Memorandum for the Secretary of State
By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including section 2(c)(1) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 (the ``Act''), as amended (22 U.S.C. 2601), I hereby determine, pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the Act, that it is important to the national interest to furnish assistance under the Act in an amount not to exceed $20.3 million from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for the purpose of meeting unexpected and urgent refugee and migration needs, including by contributions to international, governmental, and nongovernmental organizations and payment of administrative expenses of Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of the Department of State, related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.
You are authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

Let the record show that I was the first to declare that the RATS and their lice in the media will blame President Bush for whatever terrorist act is to be perpetrated by these refugees.
Does this truly specify they may migrate to the US? If so why has this not been out anywhere in the media? This was done two weeks ago? Fox? Radio shows? Can it truly be this form allows and urges migration to our country?

No. This is an existing fund we use to help refugees and migrants around the world. It doesn't give them automatic entry into the US.

Since 1949 the United States by itself, or through UNRWA, has spent more than a billion dollars on the Gaza pesthold. The ambitious long ago left the place and now it is inhabited by one million persons who live on the dole and love it. Remember one thing, the Arab World does not give a damn about Gazans. It is hard for them to get work permits, let alone citizenship in an Arab nation. And Egypt has never welcomed its Gaza brothers, even when it ran the place up to 1967. Frankly, if the Arab World doesn’t give a damn, why should we. And don’t give me that Christian charity crapola. Charity is one of the five pillars of Islam, but Islam doesn’t count Gaza.
I know very few people want to ask this question, but at what point do tens of millions of Americans throw their hands up in the air and say ‘enough is enough’, mobilize and you do know do what? i am now asking the question.
President Bush worked hard to keep the Jihadists over there, but Obama is bringing them here, and requiring we bear the entire cost of the gift of their presence in our homeland. The Socialist/Democrats are more dangerous to our existance than anything else that I can imagine.

This isn’t going to get me to march in the streets. It’s using an existing fund to help the people in Gaza that have lost homes and hospitals during the war - some of them are in a terrible way.
I think the question is how can we be sure that these supplies aren’t going to Hamas? They seized a boatload of UN supplies last week, so that they could control and distribute the aid themselves. Now the UN doesn’t want to sen any more supplies til they get some guarantee from Hamas.
I don’t know what sort of assurances Obama can possibly give to prevent that sort of thing from happening again.
Right. Basically $20,000,000 for Hamas.
Nice friend of Israel. I hope those Jewish voters are satisfied with their choice. It ain’t gonna get any better either.
