You missed near the end when Letterman says “I’ll come to your house one night to chew gum” and Phoenix says, “I don’t have to chew gum” - takes it out of his mouth and sticks it underneath Letterman’s desk...
Thanks that was probably a hoot to watch.
One thing I was surprised about, is what a little guy he seemed to be, the nebishness aside.
