The kidnappers of an American U.N. workers seized in Pakistan have threatened to kill him within 72 hours unless more than 100 prisoners are released.
The threat was contained in a letter delivered with a grainy video of the hostage, John Solecki, to a Pakistani news agency on Friday. Solecki appears blindfolded in the short clip and appeals to the world body to act quickly to secure his release.

Damn.
Maybe this will wake up the U.N..
I wonder what our turd of a President will do about this?
Send them a pajama-gram?
Prayers.
Talk frequently with a great Indian chap who owns the gas station I custom. After the Mumbai attack...he stated that Pakistan is just ‘EVIL’.
They killed his driver, so it doesn’t bode well for him. Very sad.
I have no doubt that some section of the Pakistani ruling establishment is complicit and might actually have plotted this entire episode.
And I fully expect US aid and arms flow to Pak to rise after this ransom demand. Exactly as Islamabad had gamed it, no doubt.
I don’t have any faith in this president or the un to save that man.
Seal Red Team on he way ?
Or is dhimmi Obama punting again?
Fitna Ping!!!!!
Oh the great One will save him
John Solecki is in my prayers. This is above Obama’s paygrade, I’m sure.
mrs
Seriously, neither do I.
I do feel very badly for this one.
I won’t be watching his video - NIck Berg was enough for me. His image still haunts me.
I hope for his sake you are right. These cretins don’t get away with this without the ISI or a related agency’s complicity. We’ll see.
When they Kill Him.....and they will.
We should take the list of 100 Terrorists they want released...and kill every single one of them (all at once) and send the video to AlGezera and post it on Youtube.
Then Carpet Bomb the Peshawar Provence...all of it.
Just what I was thinking. Zero hasn’t bothered to touch down in Kentucky to tell the little people who haven’t had electricity in weeks, how sorry his is(n’t).
He sure won’t be bothered to worry about an American citizen across the ocean who won’t be able to vote for him after he is murdered.
At least Carter pretended to care how the hostages were doing.
Why anyone would want to work for the UN is beyond me.
Me, too. The only one I watched. Not because I am morbid...but because I felt I ‘needed’ to see the true evil that encompasses this world and what we’re fighting. It’s all I could take.
He will “urge them strongly” to release him without incident.
Bets on that language?
Prayers for that poor man.
