I've received yet another press release for yet another Web site which demands Americans praise our new president. But with the Obama Administration's flailing start, this exercise just seems so last month:
WhatObamaMeansToMe.com allows the citizens of the United States and the people of the world to share what Barack Obama means to them. Whether they want to post on the remarkable story of the election of Barack Obama, or just discuss a current event, WhatObamaMeansToMe.com is the place for everyone to share their thoughts."All inspiring and relevant posts"? Gotcha. Here are some examples that probably will get printed:
All inspiring and relevant posts will be included in a book to be presented to Barack Obama on Presidents Day for each year of his presidency.

I just read some comments at that site. It appears that the site will be shut down soon. Geez, I thought FR was harsh on bammi, but those comments are really brutal.

Wow...interesting reading for sure. More people seem to feel Obama means destruction of America than anything else. ;)

The only thing dumber than making a website extolling Obama is to then open it up to unmoderated comments ;)

...I guess FReepers aren't the only folks who aren't enamored with The One.
As for me, I share those sentiments but do pray to God for His guidance upon this Nation.

I read the first page all negative except some wise guy blaming FreeRepublic for them all!
I love the poor grammar, horrible spelling mistakes, and botched adoration from his constituents.
