The Federal Register has a copy of
Executive Order 13490, "Ethical Commitments by Executive Branch Personnel." It is a long read.
Obama has issued sixteen Executive Orders, starting with EO-13489 on Jan 20, up to Feb 20's EO-13504. You can read these for yourselves as they are published, about a week after the fact, in the Federal Register. Look through the agency listings to the Presidential Documents section. Here you will find Executive Orders, Administrative Orders, and Presidential Proclamations.
