California used to check prez candidates' eligibility

A California lawsuit seeking documentation from Occidental College that could verify the nationality under which Barack Obama entered the school points out that the state formerly reviewed presidential candidates and disqualified those who were ineligible.

The arguments are raised in paperwork submitted by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, which has brought a lawsuit over Obama's eligibility.

Defense lawyers for Obama are trying to quash the request for Occidental records, arguing that any objections to Obama's presidential candidacy and victory should have been raised in Congress at the time of the Electoral College vote.

However, according to documentation in the lawsuit, the secretaries of state in California previously have exercised their election authority and have rejected candidates who did not qualify.

Again,Obama seeks only to hide and obstruct his records.

I have NO doubt Barack Hussein Obama is COnstitutionally ineligible;there is simply no other explanation which fits his actions as well.

With the full force of the government on their side? I don’t think so. Ben Franklin said he gave us a Republican, if we could keep it. We couldn’t.

Let ANYBODY try!

If it comes to that, better now than later.

A worthless communist from abroad should not be occupying the White House.

Exactly what the courts and other institutions are scared of: The reaction of the black community. They remember the strangle-lock the most recent Watts riots had on the entire country; the same thing happening simultaneously in every major city across the country is a hard thing to imagine.

I apologize for slavery every day. I am so SORRY it ever got started in this country.

You know something stinks when you hire armies of Lawyers to prevent the simple release of one little record that could end all the suspicions overnight.

Whether or not this is a crazy quest or legitimate..it is big news and the MSM is avoiding it. They should at least be reporting it as a wacho effort, but not ignoring it.

I don’t think “the Blacks will tear this country apart”,
though the race hustlers may give every indication they ‘
are about to.
I think millions of supporters will fall away from this
ersatz candidate, and for the first time in American History a President very early in his term will be stripped of authority, and EVERYONE associated with him, including all those “next in line” will get their just desserts in a nationwide orgy of profound disapproval. This is ONLY a fantasy if we can’t
bring enough attention to this most basic of issues, and highlight the fact that his lawyers are strenuously blocking all inquiries into his history that should have been unnecessary in the first place.
At the end of this process, FINALLY, ALL the red flags
that were there from the beginning, the ones all of us saw from the beginning, will be unfurled for ALL to see.

But not until after 11:00 am, and not on Monday, or Friday, or Saturday or Sunday... Tuesday, since Wednesday is "hump" day and Thursday, you know, is almost the weekend anyways.

I agree.. so what if they riot if their false prophet gets exposed. I applaud every effort that keeps chipping away at all of the walls he and his handlers have established trying to protect his real identity. His is potentially the most elaborate con ever implemented against our nation.

If that’s what it takes to keep our Constitution viable, so be it. The Supreme Court has said that some “don’t have standing” when bringing suit against Obama. Who has more “standing” than an American citizen?
