Senator Mel Martinez (R-FL) has allegedly told a constituent that President Obamas eligibility, his natural born status, has been decided twice by the voters.
Senator Mel Martinez has laid the vetting of President Obamas citizenship on the people of the United States. Does Congress assume responsibility of anything?
The question of President Obamas eligibility to be POTUS arose early in the election process. Congress, as a body, has been silent on the issue. For months, voters have received no information, and in fact, no one seems to know who vets a Presidential candidate. So, no one has. Now, it appears that Senator Mel Martinez made a statement to a constituent.

Mel Martinez, Snowe, Specter and Collins are f’ing OUT and if McCain and Graham vote for the Hispanic Amnesty Bill that is coming down the road, they should have all RNC re-election funds PULLED from them...
I sent Steele a scalding letter about his Rush comments...why did we hire a RINO anyway?

Senator Mel Martinez (R-FL) has allegedly told a constituent that President Obamas eligibility, his natural born status, has been decided twice by the voters. By this logic, there should still be slavery and Jim Crow laws through-out the nation.

Therein lies the problem with RINOS. They damage us more than the Dems do. In fact, they empower and enable leftist policies to become law, and the de facto way of life.
ESAD, RINO.

With brave leadership like Michael Steele and
Mark Sanford, I am sure the Republicans will challenge Obama on this issue.

Thrice if you count the only voters who actually count when it comes to the office of President, the electoral votes.

Congress has the power to challenge electoral votes. Just takes one Representative and one Senator.

true...but it depends on who else is running...we seem to get the same old retreads here just changing positions...

Agreed. Conservatives need to stake claim to a valid political party and platform. That used to be the Republican Party. But, the GOP is rushing headlong into the same socialist nightmare as the DhimmiRats and their anointed one. Pitch out all the incumbents, IMO. But, at least get rid of the left leaning RINOs so we can start to rebuild.
It’s time to take back the country.

Mel Martinez needs to just take his pay from the taxpayers, shut up until his term is over, and then go back to Cuber, never to speak again to free people.
