Yeah, sure. They’ll talk to us (maybe) if we:
— Turn against Israel
— Transfer all our nuclear secrets to them
— Adopt Sharia law and make Islam our official religion
— Plus, lots of groveling and apologies
Thanks, but no thanks. While some Iranians may be “pro-Western”, they still live in a society run by nut-cases. Unlike some people (typically liberals), I can sleep just fine at night knowing there are people in the world who don’t love us—and perhaps even hate us. Since those people are typically crazy as sh!t-house rats, it doesn’t bother me one bit.
I had a nightmare that the Islamic call to prayer was broadcast over PA systems everywhere(I hear this is already being done here in some locations), there were mosques everywhere, and the police were shooting those who ignored it.
If they don’t draw the line somewhere, this has a very distinct possibility for being part America’s future instead of a nightmare.
