There was a recent sting netting 750 dealers in the usa. There was a $1.5 billion payment from USA to Mexico for drug enforcement. There is in place a Mexican Government program investigating import transactions from usa to uncover bogus american exporters.
Conclusion..... The USA has provided money that was apparently well spent for serious investigation and it is paying off.
