Can he be impeached over ineligibility ? That may be the last recourse to save this country.

We will have to retake the House of Representatives first. Impeachment proceedings will never occur as long as San Fran Nan and Barney Fwank are in control.

Impeached? No. Not with a dem congress.

Hopefully, since he's intelligible in the first place, he can just walk out the gates.

Can he be impeached over ineligibility ?

You can't impeach somebody who was never eligible to hold the office in the first place. It means he was never president because he wasn't eligible.

He would simply be removed by US Marshals.

Do you really think that a 60/40 Democrat House of Representatives would impeach a Democrat president? Even if it did, would a Senate with a similar Democrat majority convict him? Not even in our wildest dreams.

Kenya's favorite son could slash Little Red Riding Hood's throat with a razor on the floor of the House while it's in session and they wouldn't charge him with anything.

I wish but then that might mean we get a Pres Binden and VP Pelosi That would suck! Besides congress will just CHANGE the rules and let him stay. As one freeper said, the best thing would be if when he leaves the country for that G20 summit, he is not aloud back in!!!

Who is going to bring that issue to congress?

And who in congress is going to vote on it?

In addition to the questions about his birth certificate, I'm surprised that no one has questioned his education.

He says he has a law degree from Harvard. How does one achieve that without knowing how many states make up America?

He says he taught Constitutional Law. Why doesn't he know that the 14th Amendment prohibits taxing groups you don't like.... e.g. AIG employees, smokers

Why doesn't he know that legislation is introduced by members of Congress... not the Executive Branch and definitely not the Treasury....

Entirely too many small things keep cropping up... The guy is a fraud....

If he was not eligible to be TOTUS in the 1st place, I would think he would just be removed.

The criminal enterprise democrat party controls both the House and the Senate. The criminal democrats are not going to impeach their marxist messiah even if he were caught in bed with a dead girl or a live boy, or even if he were proven to be an agent of Islamic jihad.

You do realize that if you sack Obama you have Biden at the helm ? And behind him stands Nancy Pelosi.

As you work through the list I don’t even start to feel comfortable until we reach the name Robert Byrd, and I only like him because compared to the rest he’s about as good as we can do.

Can he be impeached over ineligibility ?

Seems to me he could never be impeached if he never was president. But that's the question we want answered: Is Obama, or is he not, the President of the United States? IOW, is he eligible to serve as president? If not, then he never was president in the first place. I imagine he'd just have to "go away." I suppose he could be sued for fraud and perjury later (he'd have perjured his Oath of Office at the very instant he swore it).
