What makes you think its not being investigated? Also, why should anyone be able to look at what Orly or Pidgeon has while an investigation is underway??? That would compromise the investigation. Only an obamabot would seek the release of this information so they could then destroy it and protect Obama. Precisely WHY this stuff is under lock and key -- we 'birthers' are not that stupid.

2ndly, while Obama may not be required to release his birth certificate - neither was McCain required to do so when the DNC began yelling he wasn't qualfied almost a year ago. McCain did not dig in his heels and refuse to release his information, nor did McCain hire a team of lawyers to keep his information hidden. This refusal by Obama to provide the proof that he qualfies as McCain did are actions that prove guilt which is why this controversy is growing. Since Obama is the ONLY ONE who can release this information the burden of proof is indeed on him - no one else.

If I were an Obama supporter I would be insisting that Obama release ALL of his documentation -- birth certificate, school records, selective service registration, EVERYTHING. After all he claims 'transparency' does he not? So prove it, anything less is total hypocrisy and arrogance and the american people know it.

Face it, the more he continues to claim a transparent administration and refuses to release ANY of this documentation proves guilt and more and more americans are jumping on the birther bandwagon and this issue will not die nor will it go away until he does.

Question for you. Why should a child playing soccer have to submit a certified birth certificate and a President of the United States capable of launching nuclear war NOT have to???? You're going to have to do better than that.

Your comments are a demonstration of my tongue in cheek reference to hiding out in an undisclosed location.

You know that Obama was not required to provide proof, you say so, and then you seem to be trying to play ‘gotcha’ with the kid playing rec soccer having to provide more documentation than the president.

Frankly, I think anyone running for public office should have to provide basic proof of eligibility. Unfortunately, without an ex post facto law (something we don’t typically favor here at FR), Obama will not have to do so, unless one is passed prior to the next presidential election cycle.
