I have an associate in NY whose job it was to scan all of blueprints for the World Trade Center on to the computer.
The original plans were scattered all over the place, and they were worried in the event that if the towers were ever damaged they didn’t have a complete set of plans in any one place so they could re-build it if necessary.
They never did finish getting all of the original plans located and scanned.
The project was called “Plan A”...
