Nor does it stop tourists from picking clean the bones and ashes from the Khmer Rouge leader's burial ground in this remote town in northwestern Cambodia.
The grave is among a slew of Khmer Rouge landmarks in Anlong Veng, where the movement's guerrillas made their last stand in 1998 just as Pol Pot lay dying. A $1 million tourism master plan is being finalized to preserve and protect 15 of the sites, and charge admission.

Well, I suppose being Cambodian and facing Pol Pot from the good side of a grave has to be good luck.
Well, the fact he is dead is lucky I guess!
They could turn it into a memorial, the Pol Pot Urinal Trough.

many Khmer are highly attracted to and motivated by superstition and witchcraft . Citizens of nearby countries fear Khmer hex’s . This might be part of the visiting of the great evil ones death spot. I’d like to visit it too , to take a nice long urination upon it , followed by a healthy spit .
Cremated on a pile of used rubber tires, Pol Pot's grave. Just out of shot is a small spirit house built in thanks to Pol Pot by a Thai businessman!
