Yes, it he snubs those who we consider allies, and is reaching out to those that we have historically distanced ourselves from. It’s as if he wants to be part of the circle of the current trouble makers. And it’s interesting that those are the countries who have dictators as leaders.
The G20 should be interesting this week. He’s loosing supporters and we’ll see how he reacts to a not so warm welcome by the protestors in London.

I have a bad feeling about Obama's globetrotting power-play this week.
Obama (and the country) has so much more to fear from the new KGB, than the old KKK.
