It’s Governor Tim Kaine.
Or as you probably think of him now that you’ve

A few weeks ago I flew from Reagan National to Milwaukee with Russ Feingold next to me and Gwen Moore behind me. The fact that they were sitting in the “cheap seats” in Rows 15 & 16 helped keep me polite. Also wanted to keep a low profile in the event that armed air marshals might be on board and misinterpret raised voice and arm gestures...
